Founder & Operations
John grew up in Venice and graduated from Venice High School before continuing his education at Florida Atlantic University. After returning home to Southwest Florida, he built Blue Grid Pool Company around one simple goal — treating every customer's pool with the same care and consistency he'd expect for his own family.
John oversees the company's day-to-day operations, route planning, customer experience, and quality control to make sure every pool receives reliable service and attention to detail.
Anthony
Lead Pool Technician
Anthony joined Blue Grid after spending three years working with a commercial pool maintenance company in Fort Myers. He grew up in Sarasota and always had a passion for working outdoors. When he heard about Blue Grid's mission to provide honest, high-quality pool care, he knew it was the right fit.
As our lead technician, Anthony handles some of the most complex residential pools in our service area. His attention to detail and expertise in water chemistry have made him a favorite among our long-term customers.
Christopher
Service Technician & Customer Relations
Christopher moved to Venice from Tampa, where he studied business at Hillsborough Community College. Before joining Blue Grid, he worked in hospitality and quickly learned that great service comes down to one thing — making people feel taken care of.
Christopher brings that same energy to every pool visit. He's the technician who remembers your dog's name, sends photos after every service, and always takes the extra five minutes to make sure everything looks perfect. His customers consistently leave the best reviews.
Josh
Field Technician & Equipment Specialist
Josh is a lifelong Southwest Florida resident who spent over five years in the marine industry before transitioning to pool care. His mechanical background gives him a unique edge — he can diagnose pump issues, spot equipment problems early, and handle repairs that most technicians would need to call in for.
When Josh isn't servicing pools, he's fishing in the Gulf or working on boat engines. His hands-on expertise and calm, reliable personality make him a natural fit for Blue Grid's commitment to going above and beyond for every customer.
